All products of Asia aluminum profiles have been through strict verification. Each department has independent self-calibration system, advanced laboratory and testing equipment provided for a full range of reliable physical and chemical analysis and testing on each piece of raw material and product. In the aspect of dynamic control, the quality testing and analysis are dynamically controlled, and be able to provide highly real-time dynamic feedback to find and totally solve the problem and collect related product data.

2.Extrusion Lines

Asia aluminum is equipped with 44 extrusion production lines. Among them there is 1 set of 6000-ton classextrusion machine which imported from Japan, and 20 sets of 4000-ton, 2750-ton and 2000-ton class extrusion machines imported from UBE. Due to the automatic production line and cooling system imported from Italy (Including double tractor), and adopting (USA) infrared device monitoring outlet temperature, the annual production of extrusion production lines is beyond 400,000 tons.

3. Anodizing Lines

Aisa aluminum possesss five automatic horizontal production lines and one vertical oxidation production line. The oxidable aluminum profile can reach at length of 10 meters and the electrophoresis material is 7.5 meters with an annual production capacity beyond 150,000 tons. As the equipment is high-grade, powerful and advanced, which make Asia aluminum hold International Quality. And owing to the perfect device and optimization of the production line, the properties of the product is more stable, the ideal indicators are better.
